How do we use it?

Write a work plan to carry out a certain task, make a list of what needs to be done in direct and clear steps.

Remember to include the people who will carry out each step, and what resources they will need to perform these steps.

Why its important?

Having great and creative ideas is very important, but in life, you sometimes need to put your thinking into action.

Having a work plan will encourage you to be organized and arrange your steps, and you will put yourself in a challenging position to implement your ideas, rather than just talking about them.

Example:

A work plan for a surplus recycling campaign in all school facilities.

Set a date to collect all materials so that there is one day for each facility at school, and inform everyone in your school about this date.

Encourage others to join by sharing the dates on the school's board and sending a message to those who may be interested.

Agree with a recycling company to attend and load all the collected materials.

Other aspects

The importance of the implementation key also lies in developing execution plans for small and large projects... it includes "what - who - when" as well as defining evaluation criteria for each task within the project, defining the start and end time for each task, and finally indicators to judge the success of the project.
