How do we use it?

This key encourages you to analyze your thinking.

It is often used after completing a task, then you start considering the quality of its execution, and analyzing your work through two questions:

What did I do well?

How can I improve what I've done?

Why its important?

From time to time, you need to pause and reflect on the quality of your work. This key will help you improve what you do the next time you do a similar task.

Reflecting on what is accomplished and how well it's done.

Acquiring the skill of self-evaluation before considering the evaluations of others.

Gaining the skill of self-talk and idea development (thinking about thinking).

Identifying new ways to better accomplish tasks in the future.

Example:

I've just finished the first draft for a written task for you, then started using the two key reflection questions:

Q1. What did I do well?

I started with an entertaining paragraph and ended with a great summary of my thoughts.

Q2. How can I improve what I've done?

I need to check some of the grammar. It doesn't seem right in a few places.

Note:

To truly challenge yourself, learn how to control your self-talk (the words you can say inside your head). Then you can continually think about things by yourself.
